Our weaving department is equipped with Power, Auto and Sulzer Looms. We are expert in producing fabrics in 100% Cotton and Poly Cotton (in different blends) from60’” to 130” widths in greige.Our production range includes Plain, Satin, Twills, Dobby, Yarn Dyed and jacquard etc With the production capacity of 9,000,000 Mtrs p.a. approx.

Dyeing & Bleaching

Highly sophisticated machinery is used for bleaching & Dyeing. Careful selection of dye stuff are made, followed by meticulous monitoring and instrumental color management is undertaken to make the fabric and all our products up to the mark.

This keen and intensive care manufacturing procedure is adopted to maintain high quality standards expected from our not compromising customers.

Printing

Machines with their latest technology ascertains consistency from run and re-runs.Also it helps in producing a range of styles for special printing including pigment and reactive colors.

We use latest machinery with the printing capacity of 16 color at the same time and up to width of 300cm and repeat of design can be 640 mm to 914 mm.

We can manage daily production approx 45000 Mtrs.

Stitching

Stitching unit is well equipped with more than 100 modern new generation sewing machines. Our production line is customized to produce any kind of stitching material and to fulfill increasing requirements of our customers.
